Every emergency visit begins with a triage examination. This quick assessment evaluates a pet's condition and stability to identify urgent concerns and prioritize care appropriately.
2. Check in
Following triage—or sometimes alongside it—our team will gather important information about your pet, including medical history, current medications, identifying information, and the concerns that brought you to the hospital.
3. In-Depth Care Options
Following the initial assessment, the veterinarian will revisit any areas of concern found on the triage exam, and our team will review your pet's condition and develop a recommended plan of care. We will explain our findings, discuss treatment options, and discuss financial resources if they are needed.
4. Treatment
After discussing your pet's condition and care options, we will move forward with a treatment plan tailored to your pet's needs and your family's goals. Our team is committed to providing expert medical care and thoughtful guidance every step of the way.

Our team will triage your pet immediately at the start of your visit, and will discuss your pet's unique condition and needs while creating a care plan the details estimated costs.
We accept third part payment plan options and can support you through the application process.
We also will work with your pet's insurance carrier to ensure they have the information needed to process your claim.
In the emergency setting, difficult decisions sometimes need to be made quickly and unexpectedly. When a pet is suffering, helping them pass peacefully through euthanasia can be one of the greatest acts of love we can offer.
